Hi, I’m Scott.
I grew up in Colorado and moved to Minnesota in 2014. My love for cooking kicked off almost 30 years ago after a night at Benihana — the heat, the noise, the chefs throwing food around like it was nothing. I walked out thinking, “I want to do that!”
Since then I’ve been chasing flavor and having fun with it — cooking for friends, family, and now the internet. These days I’m in the kitchen dialing in on ridiculous recipes, talking life and music, and hanging out with whoever shows up to the live.
I make stupid-good food, love to chat, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people while we cook — and yeah, I’ll absolutely hype up products I actually believe in.
Every recipe on BiteTalk starts live first. We cook it together, fix the rough edges, then turn it into a clear, printable version you can repeat with confidence. If I recommend a tool, it’s because it lives in my kitchen. If a method makes it onto this site, it’s because it works in real time — not just on paper.
