3. Recipes, Content & No Professional Advice

The recipes, cooking instructions, and other content on the Site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and test recipes carefully, results may vary based on your ingredients, equipment, and experience.

The content on the Service does not constitute professional health, nutrition, or safety advice. Always use your own judgment when handling food, knives, heat, and cooking equipment, and consult a qualified professional when needed.

4. Allergens & Dietary Needs

Many recipes may contain common allergens (such as dairy, gluten, nuts, shellfish, etc.). It is your responsibility to review ingredients and adapt recipes based on your dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions. We cannot guarantee that any recipe is free from specific allergens.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all text, recipes, images, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned or licensed by BiteTalk Live and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as cooking recipes at home or sharing links.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display content from the Service for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, including those to Amazon and other retailers. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

From time to time, you may choose to share feedback, recipe photos, or messages with us (for example, via email or social media). By sending us content, you grant BiteTalk Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional or community purposes, subject to any written agreement to the contrary.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITETALK LIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITETALK LIVE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiteTalk Live and its owners, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
