Waterless & Greaseless Cooking (How It Actually Works)

These are the techniques you’ll use every week.

Vegetables (Waterless)

  1. Add veggies & rinse — leave the clinging water.
  2. Cook on medium with valve open until whistle sounds.
  3. Close valve, reduce to low, finish steaming naturally.

Frozen Veggies

  1. No added water — place frozen veggies directly in pan.
  2. Heat on medium until whistle.
  3. Close valve, reduce to low, finish.

Meats (Greaseless)

  1. Preheat pan — water beads should “dance.”
  2. Add meat. It will stick, then naturally release.
  3. Cover, wait for whistle, drop heat to low.
