    Mix and match two to five dinners across the menus. Each serves four and includes the sides listed.

    Make a plan with Scott.

    We confirm your dishes, preparation style, kitchen, dietary needs and price. Shop from your list or add grocery shopping.

    Enjoy the head start.

    I prepare your meals in your kitchen, label and pack them, leave cooking or reheating instructions, and clean up.

How much would you like handled?

Service prices per visit for selections from the BiteTalk menu. Ingredients are additional at cost.

Included in every package: family-style packing, labels, cooking or reheating instructions, and kitchen cleanup.

A simple example: 3 fully cooked dinners + grocery shopping = $350 service fee, plus ingredients.

Grocery shopping +$50

One agreed local store, up to 30 minutes in store. Extra stops or special sourcing are quoted beforehand.

Additional dinners +$60 / +$75 each

Add a fourth or fifth dinner, each with four servings: $60 ready to cook or $75 fully cooked per dinner. Choose them in the meal picker; Scott confirms kitchen time before payment.

Ready-to-blend freezer kits. One flavor per batch; quantity, milk choice and price confirmed before booking.

For up to 12 portions. Container materials are additional at cost; suitable client containers may be used.

Can I choose a custom menu?

Choosing different dishes from the BiteTalk menu is included. Custom menu planning starts at $50 for one visit’s menu, covering up to 30 minutes of recipe planning or adaptation. Further planning and extra cooking complexity are quoted in advance. Repeating an unchanged plan carries no new planning fee.

What about dietary needs or allergies?

Choosing an already suitable dish or making a simple omission is included. Recipe adaptations count toward the custom planning fee, with no second planning fee for the same work. Separate batches and additional preparation are quoted. Tell Scott about your needs before choosing the final menu.

Can I request organic or premium ingredients?

Yes. Ingredients are billed at their actual cost, supported by receipts. Organic or premium ingredients may increase your grocery total. Special sourcing and any additional work are confirmed in your quote.

Do you deliver meals or cook in my home?

This is an in-home service. Scott prepares the meals in your kitchen. We confirm kitchen space, equipment and storage when planning your visit. You can shop from the agreed ingredient list or add grocery shopping.

How do I reserve a visit?

Request a date and confirm the menu, preparation and service price with Scott. A $50 reservation payment is credited toward your service balance. Your quote includes any travel charge, materials, applicable tax and eligible member discounts before booking. Availability is confirmed personally.

Can I book weekly, or change my selections?

Weekly meal prep is available by arrangement. You can choose different dishes from the available menu without a custom planning fee. Each visit’s menu and scope are confirmed in advance. Previously accepted quotes keep their agreed price and scope.
